Job Description

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with Goya Foods is looking for Inventory Control $17 to $18/hr based on experience. Must be able to:


  • Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders
  • Prepare accurate bills of lading
  • Satisfy air bills in a timely manner
  • Communicate with van lines and airlines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
  • Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
  • Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
  • Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
  • Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility

    • Requirements

    Inventory Coordinator Requirements - Inventory Coordinator:
    • Previous warehouse experience a major plus
    • Must have basic computer skills
    • Customer service experience.
    • Must have solid work history and ability to work in a fast paced athmosphere.
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
    • Avility to work in a fast-paced environment

    Inventory Control Coordinator. 2yr degree of 5 years’ experience. This person will be working with 3 different programs.
